Political contributions are subject to Texas campaign finance laws. Contributions to the Brazos County Republican Party are:

  • Not tax-deductible - Political contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes
  • Subject to reporting requirements - Contributions over certain amounts must be reported
  • Limited by law - Corporations and foreign nationals cannot contribute; individuals have contribution limits
